The social scene is still not a pre-pandemic levels, however things are moving and grooving globally, from London and Milan Fashion Week to Awards ceremonies in LA.

Highlights from Milan Fashion Week (aside from a red hot Versace show and alluring ensembles by Cavalli) were of course celebrity spottings! A baby bump will not stop Rihanna's shine--she posed with her exposed belly at the Gucci show in Milan, next to boyfriend ASAP Rocky, who meant all business wearing a Gucci monogram briefcase.

Think about how much swagger and confidence it takes to wear a Tom Ford x Gucci lavender purple fur coat over a crop top and snake embellished jeans, accessorized by sparkly pink shoes and a bedazzled metallic headpiece. Rihanna is one bad mamma jamma!

She continued her slay for the Gucci after party, keeping the same purple coat, and covering her bump with a Gucci x Tom Ford monogram dress.

Hot! This might be some of the most intriguing maternity style we've seen yet.

Another stand out from Milan was Kim Kardashian, who not so subtly represented for Prada in a series of leather laden ensembles.

Kim K has certainly mastered the clean, simple, effortless chic look.

I can't wait to see how this look evolves.

Stateside, the NAACP (National Association of Colored People) held their annual Image Awards. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were given the President's Award, which recognizes special achievement and distinguished public service. For the occasion, Markle wore a black designer, Christopher John Rogers.

In her speech, Meghan Markle said, “Today we can ...[reestablish] federal voting protections in our country and [fulfill] the work of civil rights giants like the late John Lewis. We are so deeply humbled to be here in the company of so many illustrious awardees.”

Prince Harry is taking a powerful stance, given his former Royal status. Aside from marrying Meghan and renouncing his throne, he's now center stage at an NAACP awards show.

Princess Diana would be proud.
